After eight years of pioneering open-fire outdoor dining under the Nomade et Sauvage banner, chefs Iordanis Tseneklidis and Panagiotis Siafakas finally have a permanent home in Rouf. 'Focu' is Sardinian for fire — and fire is the heart of everything here.
