The collection that influenced Picasso and Modigliani — spare marble figurines from the Cycladic civilisation (3200–2000 BC) in a beautifully designed Kolonaki townhouse. One of the most aesthetically coherent museum experiences in Europe.

Closed Tuesdays and on some Mondays that are public holidays (the museum lists Clean Monday, Easter Monday and Holy Spirit Monday), plus 1 January, 25 March, 1 May, 15 August and 25–26 December. Last entrance is 15 minutes before closing. The official page says the main entrance at 4 Neophytou Douka St is under construction and visitors enter via the Stathatos Mansion (Vas. Sofias & 1 Irodotou St). Checked 2026-10-11.
